Lazy people are underrated. How many Shark Tank products and services are a result of laziness? A lot. People aren’t looking for harder ways to do things. They’re searching for shortcuts—less steps and less effort required to do something better, faster, and faster.
What does this mean to us? Don’t discount the lazy person as a potential employee, give them a chance and see if they can’t simplify, streamline, and seek solutions to improve the processes in the workplace.
