Give Me Three Steps

I have found that so many good ideas go to die because after everyone agrees and says, “That sounds great,” they don’t know what to do next. When we create three action steps and put them in some sort of tangible form (e-mail, text, phone calls) we are doing more than most people. 1. A first step to get started. 2. A follow-up step to keep it going. 3. And a date and time to finalize everything. So many good ideas never see the light of day because they get lost in the dark of distraction, inaction, and neglect. Give them a little time and attention and who knows, maybe they become something special.
