Dale Carnegie coined the term, day-tight compartments in his book, How to Stop Worrying and Start Living. The way I interpret it is to let go of yesterday and make this day (today) the best day it can be.
There is a live-for-today movement afoot among Millennials and I think it’s healthy. This kind of thinking changes how you approach things and frees us up from fretting about the past and worrying about the future.
