Generation X (people in their forties and fifties) make up the largest group of entrepreneurs. Why is that? There's a lot of reasons, but for this article I want to point out that it's never too late and you're never too old to start and run your own business. Using age as an excuse is simply not a valid reason for not going after your dreams.
The fact is, age is an advantage. Experience is underrated and when it comes to business. Plus, you can always partner with a younger entrepreneur if you feel you lack the technological skills or are out of step with what's happening now. You bring the experience and track record, they provide the energy and enthusiasm to create a winning team.
