Better Than Expected

How many times lately were things better than expected? I'll answer tha for me, almost never. For example the new Apple update is terrbile and much worse than expected. So when I went to the brand new terminal in the San Diego airport I didn't have high hopes for something done by bureaucrats, but I was wrong. It was everything I wanted and a lo9t more. That should be the goal for each of us in everything we do—do more than people expect and wow them with unexpected excellence.
